The oceanfront view from the room was great. The property felt outdated and needed better cleaning. Beach access was easy but parking was a hassle. Pools were enjoyable, but some amenities were lacking.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach with easy access to the boardwalk. Parking was a hassle with lots across the street and sometimes full. Pools are nice and well kept. The indoor lazy river is a big hit with kids. Just be aware that housekeeping only drops off linens and doesn't clean the rooms regularly.

Perfect location right on the beach. Rooms are clean but a bit outdated, with a small fridge and microwave. Loved that the floors weren’t carpeted. Fresh towels daily. Nice pool area with wristbands as a souvenir. Friendly family-owned staff. Cafe next door is handy if you don’t have a car. Can't wait for our next stay in May!

The oceanfront view was absolutely breathtaking! We loved being just steps away from the beach and all the boardwalk activities. The efficiency room was a game changer, making it easy for our family to enjoy home-cooked meals.

Drove nine hours and found a room waiting for us at 8:30 AM—what a relief! The clean room and daily fresh towels were highlights. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, but the hallways needed a good sweep. Pool area was small and busy, and the ocean view made it worthwhile. There were issues too; uncomfortable beds and outdated features detracted from the experience. A hidden layer of sharp coral in the water was a surprise. The strict smoking rules are something to watch out for. it had its ups and downs, but I’d share it with friends.

Affordable rates for a beachfront stay. The hotel exceeded expectations; the room was cleaner than anticipated, and the beach decor was charming. Staff were attentive, delivering fresh towels daily without needing to ask. The heated pools were a hit for my child. some drawbacks cannot be overlooked. Maintenance issues, such as a leaking air conditioner and outdated facilities, really detracted from the experience. The room’s cleanliness left much to be desired in some areas. Accessibility to extra amenities like towels proved inconvenient. While the view and on-site café were pleasant, a thorough renovation and improved service are essential to elevate the experience. Proceed with caution if cleanliness and upkeep are priorities.

Our room was a complete letdown. We found mold on the ceiling, and with gaps in the doors, it felt like we were outside. The musty smell made it hard to breathe—definitely not worth the money we spent!

The location was perfect, right by the beach with a beautiful oceanfront balcony. The room itself had a lot of beachy character, which I really enjoyed. there were a few things that could have been better. The pillows provided were about half an inch thick, so I ended up using my own from home. The bed was supposed to be a queen size but felt quite small. The pool wasn't well maintained, with bugs and leaves floating on the water. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond when we had issues with the fire alarm and stove. The room was clean, but the overall building could use some updates like new paint and fixtures in the bathrooms. The kitchenette was a bit of a challenge, as the smoke detector was very sensitive and kept going off when we cooked. We had to open multiple doors and windows just to prevent it from alarming. The staff did provide extra towels upon request, but it took a while. Despite the shortcomings, the spacious room, helpful staff, and great location make me consider staying at Holiday Sands North again in the future.

The king-size bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room was quiet, which I appreciated. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space cozy. the bathroom felt cramped, and its fixtures needed attention. Water from the shower was scalding hot, while the door was a bit flimsy. The lack of proper separation between rooms was disappointing. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the impressive pool area and helpful staff. Carts for luggage were a nice touch. The view, although not oceanfront, was pleasant during sunset.

I loved the easy access to the beach right outside my door and how just a short walk led me to the boardwalk where I enjoyed amazing restaurants like Wicked Tuna and fun attractions like the Ferris Wheel; the hot tub and indoor pool were nice extras that made my stay even better, although the cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement.

The pool was open late and we loved having our own balconies with separate doors it was perfect for privacy and the staff was super helpful with anything we needed

I could soak up the sun, enjoy endless attractions and delicious meals. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit for my exquisite taste. A traditional yet family-friendly hotel.

The location was ideal, just steps away from the boardwalk and pier. Having indoor and outdoor pools was a great perk, especially enjoying a swim in the outdoor pool facing the vibrant street scene. the room size and price point were reasonable, providing a decent value for the money spent.
The room upkeep left much to be desired. The cleanliness was lacking, with dated furnishings and maintenance issues, like rusty appliances and disrepair.

Additionally, the pools were a hit – perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf whenever we pleased.
Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with issues like water coming in through the window during storms and inadequate bedding. The lack of proper blankets was disappointing, as we ended up with torn and insufficient covers.

I loved the location of the hotel. Direct beach access and close to the Boardwalk. The staff offered great local suggestions. They even hosted a fun bingo night. The view from the balcony was amazing. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our maid, Alisha, was sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant staff was also kind and attentive. The best part was the hotel's perfect location right on the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The staff was also helpful in giving us directions. The beds were comfy, and the ocean view from our room was spectacular!
During bike week, the hotel prioritized motorcycle parking over handicap spaces, which made it difficult for us to load and unload our belongings. Despite having multiple parking lots, I had to park two blocks away even though I am handicapped.

stayed at Holiday Sands North "On the Boardwalk" and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, the staff was helpful and the facilities were unique, including 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a lazy river. the view was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby activities and restaurants. the staff was exceptionally accommodating, allowing early check-in, late check-out, and even notifying about an open car window during rain.

clean - spacious rooms with a fantastic kitchen. close to beach and shops. got to enjoy delicious breakfast and indoor water features. lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. the guy who brought our room service was very pleasant.

Great location by the beach, boardwalk, and nearby attractions, perfect for daily walks and easy access to entertainment and dining. Clean rooms, nice pool area, and friendly staff, making it a value for families and couples.
Felt very comfortable, nothing too much trouble.
